
HR Manager
What You Will Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Plan and execute training and development initiatives.
- Monitor compensation and benefits to maintain competitive packages.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance workforce planning and talent retention.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for payroll, attendance, and employee management.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or CHRP) are a plus.
